Roncesvalles

Sometimes referred to as Toronto’s Polish neighbourhood, Roncesvalles Village has a small-town village feel with an unique selection of fruit markets, traditional polish deli’s, cafes, restaurants, bars and more. With easy access to downtown via subway or streetcar it is a popular neighbourhood for families, professionals, seniors and renters. This area also houses the yearly polish festival when Roncesvalles Avenue is closed off for a few days of games, rides, food tastings and polka!

Roncesvalles is known for it’s tree-lined streets with mostly Edwardian and occasionally Victorian styles homes. Here you will find both detached, semi detached 2 -21/2 storey dwellings as well as a selection of conversion and newly constructed condos.
