Mimico Etobicoke

Mimico is best known for its easy access to lakefront parks, recreation and affordable housing. It is home to the yearly “Lakeshore Community Festival”, Etobicoke Christmas Parade and annual “Mimico Festival” making this a great neighbourhood for families. This neighbourhood offers a short commute to downtown via Mimico Go Transit station located on Royal York Road or bus routes which connect with various subway stations. This area also offers easy access to the Lakeshore Boulevard and Gardiner Expressway for motorists travelling in and out of the city.
