Humber Valley

Bounded by the Humber River Valley Ravine to the east this neighbourhood offers family homes with curving streets and mature trees. Destinations in this area include Humbertown Shopping Centre with over 50 shops and businesses, St. Georges Golf and Country Club, and James Gardens. While this neighbourhood is more suburban in it’s nature it is still an easy commute via bus to the Bloor-Danforth subway line.

Houses in this area were built primarily between the 1930s and 1960s with styles that include Georgian, Colonial, Tudor, English Cottage, Mid-Century Bungalows, Split-levels, and newly built modern homes. While this neighbourhood is known for it’s family sized homes and larger lots, it also contains a variety of condos and apartment living.
