High Park
The High Park neighbourhood is a long established and conveniently located neighbourhood with close proximity to subway, streetcars and High Park, Toronto’s largest and most visited park. It also offers residences a unique shopping experience on Roncesvalles Ave with a selection of fruit markets, traditional polish deli’s, cafes, restaurants, bars and more. This is a popular neighbourhood for families, professionals, seniors and renters.
High Parks tree-lined streets offer uniquely styled Edwardian, Tudor, Arts and Crafts and Victorian homes built mostly in the early 1900s. Features of these homes include: classic architectural details, stained glass, wood trim, fireplaces and hardwood floors. While a significant number of the homes in this neighbourhood are single family dwellings there are also homes that offer multi-family living.
